When you submit a quote request through our website or a Facebook/Instagram lead form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about the services you're interested in (such as driveway size or home size), any photos you choose to send, and your text-message consent status. When you text or call our business number, we keep a record of those communications so we can respond accurately.
We use your information solely to respond to your quote request and provide our services: acknowledging your request, providing preliminary pricing information, asking follow-up questions about your property, sending and confirming quotes, and scheduling work.
