By accepting a Velocity Exterior Cleaning estimate, the Client agrees to these Service Terms. These terms, together with the accepted estimate, form the agreement between the Client and Velocity Exterior Cleaning.
The services to be performed are described in the accepted estimate. Any services not specifically listed are excluded from this agreement unless added in writing.
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and authorizes Velocity Exterior Cleaning to use the property's water supply during service unless otherwise arranged. The Client is responsible for ensuring an outdoor water spigot is accessible and turned on prior to the scheduled service. If a functioning water source is not available upon arrival, the service may need to be rescheduled.
Velocity Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, loose siding, deteriorated caulking, failing paint, oxidized surfaces, loose gutters, damaged screens, cracked concrete, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
While every reasonable effort will be made to remove stains, algae, mold, mildew, rust, oil, and other discoloration, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
Velocity Exterior Cleaning takes reasonable precautions to protect plants and landscaping during service. However, the Client acknowledges that pre-existing plant stress, disease, improper watering, or other environmental conditions may affect plant health, and Velocity Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from such conditions.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, Velocity Exterior Cleaning must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue before any refund or chargeback request is made.
Velocity Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond its control. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled for the next available date.
Client authorizes Velocity Exterior Cleaning to photograph the property before, during, and after service for documentation and marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to have photos used for marketing may opt out in writing before service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned payments or chargebacks made without first allowing Velocity Exterior Cleaning to inspect and address a concern may be subject to recovery of costs.
Velocity Exterior Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.
