The Velocity Exterior Cleaning Quote Updates program sends text messages related to your exterior-cleaning quote request: request acknowledgments, preliminary price ranges, follow-up questions about your property, quote confirmations, and scheduling messages. Messages are sent only after you provide consent by checking the opt-in box on our website quote form or a Facebook/Instagram lead form.
Message frequency varies based on your quote request and conversation. Typically 2–6 messages per request.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Velocity Exterior Cleaning does not charge for text messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our business number and you will receive a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new quote request with consent checked.
